PERSONALIZATION

In the latest renovation carried out in the slaughterhose, we have achieved a wider control of the meat pieces, which allows us to personalize the orders from our customers and to carry out deliveries of meat pieces with the same weight.

TRACK RECORD

We have had this system since 1996. After an important tecnological investment, this system has allowed us to carry out an accurate computer-based control of each rabbit's origin as soon as they enter the factory and the process it follows before reaching the selling point. This track record is possible thanks to an identifyng numver in each package for any product that comes out of our factory. This way, both our customers and ourselves can track down the history of the product supplied.

The TRACK RECORD is one of the most important concepts within any system of TOTAL QUALITY.

ISO 9002

Since we considered the possibility of fitting into this regulation, the company has been making a considerable effort to comply with the set rules of ISO 9002. The procedures manual has been finished and we are in the process of introduction to achieve the final certificate, will be attained next year.
