HEALT REGULATIONS

Ouor Sanitary Register of European Endorsement is RGS-10,05061/B, which has been extended according to the BILL 1916/1997 passed wth date 19th December, for the production and commercialization of minced meat preparation (BOE nr. 11, dated 13/02/98).

INSPECTIONS

In our company there is an official veterinarian, appointed by Generalitat de Catalunya, who carries out the "antemortem" and "postmortem" inspections of the rabbits.
Moreover, we also possess an agreed system of auto-inspection with the laboratories of the region so as to guarantee the quality of the handled product before its commercialization.

EXPIRY DATE

The techniques introduced in the work chain, from the slaughtering to the distribution, let us extend the expiry date of our products up to seven days. This fact, allows our customers to offer a product of quality which makes them stand out from other competitors.
